By purchasing and enrolling in The Showit Shop System (“the Course”), you (“the Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Course Access and Use

  • Upon purchase, you will receive access to The Showit Shop System course materials, resources, and any associated bonuses.

  • Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of the Course materials.

  • Access to the Course is provided for the lifetime of the program. Should the Course be retired in the future, you will receive advance notice and the opportunity to download core materials.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All Course content, including but not limited to videos, lessons, workbooks, templates, downloads, graphics, and written materials, is the intellectual property of With Grace and Gold®.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Course content without prior written permission from With Grace and Gold®.

  • Any templates, designs, or resources provided within the Course — including free templates and bonus downloads — are for use within your own Showit shop, directly for your end customers.

    • You may use these resources in your own shop (business-to-customer use).

    • You may not use these resources to create or sell templates, courses, or resources for other designers or business-to-business use.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All payments must be completed in full, either as a one-time payment or through an approved payment plan.

  • You are responsible for completing all payment plan installments, even if you do not complete or access the Course.

  • Due to the digital nature of the Course, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Conditional Money-Back Guarantee
The Showit Shop System comes with a conditional money-back guarantee. To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have:

  1. Completed every module and lesson within the program.

  2. Fully completed the accompanying workbook.

  3. Published a live Showit shop page with a functioning e-commerce system for at least three (3) consecutive months.

  4. Consistently marketed your shop with high-quality daily content on at least two (2) social media or marketing platforms for at least three (3) consecutive months.

  5. Actively participated in the Designer Community by contributing your own posts and responding to fellow designers' posts weekly for at least three (3) consecutive months.

  6. Provided verifiable proof that no purchases have been made from your shop during this time.

All requirements must be met in full and verifiable evidence submitted before a refund will be considered. Partial participation or incomplete implementation will disqualify a refund request.

4. No Guarantee of Results

  • The Course is designed to provide strategies, tools, and education to support your success. However, With Grace and Gold® makes no guarantees regarding results, income, or business growth.

  • Your success will depend on a variety of factors, including your dedication, implementation, business model, and market conditions.

 

5. Community Participation

  • Enrollment in the Course includes access to a private student community.

  • By participating, you agree to engage respectfully and refrain from self-promotion, harassment, or inappropriate conduct. With Grace and Gold® reserves the right to remove participants who do not uphold these standards.

6. Technology and Availability

  • The Course is hosted through an online learning platform. While every effort is made to ensure continuous access, With Grace and Gold® is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, With Grace and Gold® shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Course.

  • By purchasing the Course, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
