Overview
The Showit Design Library (“Membership”) is a subscription-based design resource created and owned by With Grace and Gold®, LLC (“With Grace and Gold”). By enrolling, you agree to the terms outlined below. This Agreement explains how you may use the Showit canvases and resources included in your Membership.

License and Permitted Use
While your Membership is active, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the canvases within The Showit Design Library in your own Showit website, in client projects, and within complete Showit website templates you create and sell. You may customize the canvases as much or as little as you would like and incorporate them into your designs in any way that supports your work. You may use the canvases freely as components within full, original website designs or templates sold through your own shop.

Restrictions and Prohibited Use
Canvases may not be sold individually, packaged or distributed as stand-alone canvases, or sold in any form that mimics or replicates the structure, format, or purpose of The Showit Design Library. Membership access may not be shared with non-members, subcontractors, or team members without their own Membership. The canvases and resources included in your Membership may only be used while your subscription remains active.

Stock Photography Usage
The Showit Design Library may include placeholder stock photography owned exclusively by Pretty Stock Images. This photography is provided for layout and design reference only. You agree to replace all Pretty Stock Images photography within your projects unless you hold an active, valid license or subscription directly from Pretty Stock Images. With Grace and Gold does not grant any rights or licenses to use Pretty Stock Images photography in your published or sold work.

Intellectual Property
All canvases, content, materials, and educational resources within The Showit Design Library remain the intellectual property of With Grace and Gold. Your Membership provides a license to use the canvases as part of your design work but does not transfer ownership of any creative work or resource.

Membership Terms
Your Membership renews automatically on the billing schedule selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time through your account portal. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. All payments are final and non-refundable. If you choose to rejoin in the future, re-entry will be at the current public rate, and any promotional or introductory pricing will not be reinstated.

Support and Access
Your Membership includes access to educational sessions, the member community, and the ongoing release of new canvases. With Grace and Gold does not provide custom support, revisions, or personalized design assistance as part of the Membership.

Font Licensing
Canvases are created using Google Fonts to ensure proper usage rights for you and your clients. No additional font licensing is required.

Limitation of Liability
With Grace and Gold is not responsible for any financial loss, business interruption, or client matters related to your use of the Membership. Your work, design outcomes, and sales results are your responsibility.

Agreement
By enrolling in The Showit Design Library, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Service Agreement.
